Daniel Benjamin ’57a P’23

Norman E. McCulloch Jr. Director of the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding, Dartmouth

Prior to Dartmouth, Daniel Benjamin served as Ambassador-at-Large and Coordinator for Counterterrorism at the U.S. State Department, working as principal advisor to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on counterterrorism. He also served as director of the Center on the United States and Europe at the Brookings Institution. Benjamin has written extensively on terrorism, U.S. foreign policy, and international affairs.
