Dan Reicher came to Stanford in 2011 from Google, where he served as director of Climate Change and Energy Initiatives. In the Obama administration he served on the President’s Transition Team and as an advisor to the Secretary of Energy and in the Carter administration was a staff member of the President’s Commission on the Accident at Three Mile Island. Dan is a partner in Magellan Wind, an offshore wind development company, was cofounder and President of New Energy Capital, a clean energy project investment firm, and Executive Vice President of Northern Power Systems.
