St Andrew's Gardens
Sunday, 29 September 2019
Pre-registration required. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
This public park's wildflower meadow is an important site for conservation, attracting many invertebrates as well as mammals. The park has benefitted from enhancements to the meadow and its new living classroom.
Join us as we work on improvements to the park to encourage local schools to use the area and enhance the gardens for local people. The Dartmouth team will contribute to the annual meadow cut, working to trim the grasses and wildflowers using scythes and shears. We will also remove invasive species such as bramble, thistle, and dock.
Please note this activity is for ages 16 and up.
